- Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or amendment made within 72 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of first night’s charge.

- Check-In and Check-Out Time
Guests must provide a valid government issued identification or passport during check-in.

- General Provisions
The Hostel shall not bear any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hostel.
Guest shall indemnify and hold the Hostel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the Hostel.
- Hostel Rules
Room key cards will be provided for guest. In the event that a guest loses the room key card, there will be a fee of SGD$10 for a replacement.
The hostel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed.
No smoking is permitted anywhere in ABC Hostel. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area outside of ABC Hostel. Any guest found smoking in the building, and outside of the designated areas, will be asked to leave the premises immediately. A refund will not be granted for the guest.

It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that their personal belongings are secure at all times. however sustained or caused.
- Rates and Deposit
In an event that a booking rate has been incorrectly posted, the Hostel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and the guest will be notified.
Rates are all quoted in Singapore Dollars.
Extra guest will have to pay an additional fee, please check with the Hostel’s front desk about extra fee.
A cash deposit of SGD 20 is required upon check-in for incidentals in addition to full payment of room and tax.
